A safe space to reconnect - Mindful Coaching


When life feels overwhelming, confusing, or simply too busy, it can be hard to hear your own inner voice. Mindful life coaching offers you a compassionate space to pause, breathe, and reconnect.


In our sessions, we look beneath the surface, exploring what truly matters to you, and how you want to move forward. With mindfulness practices, positive psychology, and science-based tools, you learn to meet stress differently, strengthen resilience, and transform limiting beliefs into supportive ones.


This is not about fixing you, because you are not broken. It is about creating space for your own wisdom to guide the way. Together, we practice presence, self-compassion, and tools that support you not only during our sessions, but in your everyday life.

Walking alongside your grief 

Grief Support & Companionship


Grief arrives in many forms, through the death of a loved one, but also in endings of relationships, health, homes, or dreams. It can feel like an unfamiliar landscape with no clear path. In these moments, you don’t have to walk alone.


As a certified grief educator and mindfulness coach, I offer you a safe space where your grief is welcomed exactly as it is. Together we honor your loss, without timelines or expectations. Through mindful presence, deep listening, reflection and practices like movement, journaling, and ritual, you can carefully turn toward your grief, not to fix it, but to gently learn to live with it.


Your grief is as unique as your fingerprint. My role is to walk alongside you, steady and compassionate, as you discover how love and meaning remain present even in loss.

Preparing for birth with presence

Mindful Birth Doula Support


Birth is a life-changing experience, one you will carry with you for the rest of your life. Whether it unfolds at home, in a hospital, or in unexpected ways, every mother and family deserves to feel supported, safe, and empowered.


As a certified doula and mindfulness trainer, I companion women and couples through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period with presence, care, and trust. My role is not medical, but deeply personal: to hold space for your unique journey, to offer continuous emotional and physical support, and to guide you with mindfulness practices that bring calm, confidence, and courage into your birthing experience.


Mindful birthing is at the heart of my approach. Together we explore how to work with pain, intense sensations, fear, and uncertainty, transforming them into opportunities for strength and connection. With tools like mindful breathing, movement, body awareness, and practical partner exercises, you and your partner can meet labor not just with endurance, but with presence and empowerment.

Practical details for 1:1 Support


No matter if you are looking for mindful coaching, grief companionship, or doula care,  clarity and ease are important. Here you find all practical details in one place, so you know what to expect.


Coaching & Grief Support
Our sessions last 1.5 hours, giving us enough time to slow down, breathe, and explore at depth. They are available online or in person in the Algarve, Portugal. You are welcome to begin with a free 20–30 minute orientation call. Support is available in English or Dutch.


Doula Support
Doula sessions are longer (2.5–3 hours), allowing time for both mindful practices and preparation for your unique birth journey. I also offer birth attendance - continuous presence during your labor, whether at home or in hospital - and a gentle postpartum visit for reflection and emotional support. Doula care is available in person in the Algarve, Portugal, in English or Dutch.
