I began this journey with no specific expectations, just a heartfelt recommendation from a friend. Six months later, I’m deeply grateful I followed that call and started my grief sessions with Liz. 

Our sessions quickly became a cherished space for me – a small, precious refuge where I could set down the weight of daily life and give my grief the space it had long needed.

Liz’s presence is calm, intuitive, and deeply grounding. Through her gentle guidance and deep listening, I was able to connect with my emotions in a new way – not to fix them or move past them, but to acknowledge them, feel them, and begin to understand how to live with them. 

One particularly meaningful moment was when we met in person for a grief ritual by the sea. Liz had thoughtfully chosen elements to shape those hours – nature-based, grounding, and deeply symbolic. We gathered materials together, and later I created a mandala on my own. That process became a quiet, intimate moment of connection – not just with myself, but with my late husband. Surrounded by the sound of the waves and the openness of the horizon, I felt calm and close to him. During the grief ritual that followed, my tears came freely, and with Liz by my side, they were met with compassion and care. 

Liz has helped me shift how I relate to my grief – not as something to push away, but something to hold with softness. And she has taught me how to breathe. Our conversations continue to support me deeply, offering both comfort and quiet insight.

Baby-Healing bath ritual after a traumatic birth


After the Baby Healing Bath Ritual, I sensed profoundly that our 6 month daughter  had found confidence and trust. That she could feel safe with us, that she could trust us, and that she had truly arrived in a way. I didn’t notice new behaviours, but I could feel and sense it deeply: she found peace and grounding from where she can now grow… and it is just beautiful.


I also had a treatment for my scar. To my surprise, I felt well during it. The doctor’s (gynecologists) presence, which had loomed so large in my memory, no longer dominated. She felt smaller, less powerful, less scary. My body felt like it was totally mine again. The birth story no longer belonged to the doctor, it belonged to our daughter, my partner and me. We are the team that did it, and I’m sure that a big part of being able to feel this way is thanks to the Healing Bath.

You are definitely one of my blessings of 2024.  You helped me understand my grief,  and to be able to continue  to live my life with it, in a healthy way.

The Mindful Living with Grief workshop was wonderful.  Liz is kind, knowledgeable, understanding, and made me feel very comfortable sharing my feelings.  Grief is part of the circle of life, but being able to share my thoughts with others who are also grieving, makes the process a bit more manageable.  It takes a village.

Grief is something that is alive in me, some days more then others, and doesn’t always get the attention that it should.

The grief group gave space for this and it felt heartbreaking although comforting to hear other peoples stories.

We can support and help each other, listen and create space to grief together (instead of always alone).

'I started Mindful Coaching with Liz with the intent to clarify my expectations in life and look accordingly for my next occupation.

A few months before, I had attended the Mindfulness for Life Training, which opened in me a complete new ability to be, feel and engage in life, through breathing, resetting and responding (vs reacting).

I really loved meeting Liz and working with her. I really appreciated her mindful birthing techniques. It showed me how to be more present in my body and how I could focus on other things going on in my body than just the pain. Since then I have taken that technique into different situations and it worked. I really got a lot out of our time together.


My husband and I would thoroughly recommend Liz and her doula sessions to any expecting parents and mothers. At the start of our sessions (pregnant with baby number 3) I was very fearful and nervous to be going through labour again and how I would deal with the contraction and labour pains. By the end of our sessions I felt so relieved and empowered in this pregnancy and so prepared for this birth. The information Liz gave me/us, together with the breathing practices and exercises, labour is no longer something I am nervous about, but I'm calm and confident. I had the 'toolbox' to go through it in the most prepared way possible. Thank you Liz, your knowledge, kindness and calm approach throughout our sessions were amazing!!

Our home birth journey started with Liz's prenatal mindfullness sessions. Firstly Liz kindly ajusted her offer to my needs since i was already in my third trimester. The 3h sessions long were very informative and well guided, with a theoretical and a practice part too. We really appreciated the body scan meditation at the beginning of each session to start with a mindful and relaxed state of mind. Throughout each session, she was regularly checking in, providing helpful informations and holding space if needed. My partner felt confident and empowered to support me.

I really appreciated her peaceful presence, holding my hand, but allowing also enough space to feel empowered and dive into each wave of contraction. I strongly recommend Liz as a Doula for her gentleness, the different tools of mindfullness provided, but overall just a beautiful soul to meet in this intimate and unique experience.

The sessions we had with you are still echoing in me and especially the knowledge that the "highs" are much more time in total than the contractions helped me a Lot to Focus on those. I Had Lots of beautiful highs and it was amazing, MAGICAL, wild and all the Things. The most powerful initiation of my Life and i couldnt have imagined a more miraculous Birth and you were Part of that, even Not in Person in the end, but in Spirit and with the words that echoed in me 🙏🏼
